Pair of 19th century antique French Empire bronze and ormolu candlesticks. The ormolu sections are mostly Acanthus leaf designs with the central column being reeded, all being raised on a tri-form base. Made during the reign of Napoleon III these are a very well made pair of candlesticks, with the hand finished detail being of exceptionally fine quality and would have originally come from a grand house.

Over all in good condition. Some small wear to the ormolu inside the sconce.. Otherwise these are a clean and well presented pair of candlesticks of their type.
